Rhadaisis Espinal is the resident partner of the firm in our San Francisco de Macorís office. She graduated summa cum laude from Universidad Católica Nordestana in 1988 and has obtained Postgraduate degrees in Civil Procedure from the University of Santo Domingo (1997) and the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (1999). A member of the Universidad Nordestana Law Faculty since 1989, where she currently teaches Civil Procedure and Civil Law, Mrs. Espinal is a specialist in civil litigation. Mrs. Espinal is also currently Professor of Civil Procedure for postgraduate students at the University of Santo Domingo (UASD). She is fluent in Spanish and French.
