Samuel Ramia is the resident partner in our Santo Domingo office. He graduated at the top of his class from the University Autónoma de Santo Domingo Law Faculty (J.D., cum laude, 1983). From 1984 until 1993, he worked for the Dominican government as legal counsel to various departments. After leaving government service, he has concentrated his practice in government relations, public procurement law and litigation.
