Our partner Pamela Benzán Arbaje, in her role as co-chair of the Latin American chapter of IWIRC (International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation), had the honor of editing the third edition of Insolvency Now, a legal journal specializing in insolvency, restructuring, and corporate turnaround in Latin America.

This edition brings together contributions from authors in Brazil, Colombia, El Salvador, and the Dominican Republic, offering an analysis of cutting-edge topics.

In addition to her editorial work, Pamela wrote about Debtor-in-Possession (DIP) Financing in the Dominican Republic, providing a local and technical perspective on one of the most relevant instruments in corporate restructuring processes.
