Guzmán Ariza, Attorneys at Law, is pleased to announce that, effective October 2, 2017, Melissa Sosa has joined the firm as Special Counsel to the Litigation Team.
Melissa Sosa practices in the firm’s Litigation department, where she focuses on complex administrative, commercial and criminal litigation. She has assisted foreign companies, individual clients and international non-profit entities in administrative litigation proceedings.
She has created jurisprudential precedents in terms of the Writ procedures (Amparo), as well as free access to public information.
Mrs. Sosa received her LL. B. from Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo, magna cum laude, and three LL. M. from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, Universidad de Salamanca and Universidad Panthéon-Assas.
