As a result of a meeting held on December 18, 2019 between the hospitality industry and the National Wages Committee, an agreement was reached in which workers belonging to this sector will receive an increase of 12% of their salary, retroactive as of August 2019.
Using Resolution 13-2017 of August 9, 2017 as a reference, which established the minimum wage for workers in this sector to date, we will proceed to illustrate the new wages below.
