He has extensive experience in Real Estate and Condominium Law, and has advised some of the main Real Estate, Tourism and Residential Projects on the north coast of the Dominican Republic, particularly in Puerto Plata, Sosúa, Cabarete, Río San Juan and Cabrera.
Throughout his career he has participated in the closing of thousands of Real Estate transactions, from residential transactions to operations of considerable legal and economic complexity, including land acquisitions, Real Estate developments, Tourism and Condominium Projects, financing, due diligence processes and investment structuring.
His practice also includes representing clients in civil, commercial, real estate and condominium litigation, as well as in controversies related to construction projects and real estate developments.
He has acted as an expert in Dominican law before courts and proceedings in Canada and the United States.
He also maintains a firm commitment to community service, actively participating in pro-bono and philanthropic initiatives.
